Our straightforward warranties are designed to give you peace of mind. TUFF SHED stands behind its products, and offers limited warranty coverage varying in scope on our different products. Our new building warranties cover material defects and workmanship, and if there is a repair issue covered by warranty, TUFF SHED will repair the problem. And best of all you can buy with the peace of mind that TUFF SHED will be around to handle your warranty issues for years to come, as we’re celebrating our 33rd Anniversary this year!

  • Garden Series: 5-Year Limited Warranty that covers material defects and workmanship.
  • Premier Series: 7-Year Limited Warranty that covers material defects and workmanship.
  • Premier PRO Series: 10-Year Limited Warranty on materials and workmanship.
  • Specialty items (garage cabinets and flooring), and a select few other structures (cabin shells, playhouses, and chicken coops) are covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty that covers material defects and workmanship.
  • If you purchase a display building from TUFF SHED, it will be covered by a warranty specific to that product series (i.e. Garden Series, Premier Series or Premier PRO Series), but this warranty will only cover workmanship and materials with regard to roofing and siding only. Some materials, such as siding and shingles have their own manufacturer’s warranty that may exceed the TUFF SHED warranty.

  5. I have a premier pro series serial number PP-109867. It is leaking a little water on the roof line. I can’t determine how it is getting in. All looks to be in good shape. My local dealer in Buda, TX says they don’t have all the details. They have dimensions and add-ons like sky lights and windows but not the warranty info. Something about computer system change over. It should be under warranty and I’d like to get it repaired.

    1. Hi Jeff,

We’re sorry to hear about the leaking issue on your building. If you could email a good contact number to ccare@tuffshed.com we’ll have one of our national representatives look into it. Thank you!

  6. I bought a tuff shed this year and the door is sagging enough that there is a gap at the end. The door doesn’t latch doesn’t always catch when the door is close. Are these items covered by 7 year warranty?

    1. Hi Leland,

Yes, your warranty does cover your door. All you’ll need to do is call the location you purchased your building from and provide your serial number. They’ll have a team member out to fix your door as soon as possible.

    1. Hi Gary,

We recommend contacting the location from which you purchased your Tuff Shed building to organize ordering a replacement door. Please let us know if you have any further questions!

  7. I bought a Keystone from Home Depot 1 year ago and the door is sagging making it difficult to shut. Is this covered under warranty?

    1. Hi Cheri, we’re sorry to hear about that issue. Your building will likely still be covered under warranty but we recommend reaching out to the location you purchased your building from for more details about the issue. They’ll be able to help from here!

  8. The ground foundation shift a feet inches and I’m unable to open up the shed door. I don’t know if it can be adjusted post installation or if it’s fully my responsibility after the installation
