Can you lay the concrete pad AND do the delivery and install? How soon after selection? Do you distribute through COSTCO?
Hi Sherry, we do not pour concrete foundations but your local Tuff Shed team can certainly recommend a local contractor to help with that. Our buildings are not sold through Costco but you can find your nearest Tuff Shed location on our website here: https://www.tuffshed.com/locate/.
Could this be used for a small residential area ?
Great questions, Frederick. While we specialize in the outer shell of the building only, many of our customers have hired additional contractors or finished out the interior work themselves. With a few extra finishing touches, this shed could certainly make a great living space.
