Todd’s Studio Workshop

When Todd moved into a new neighborhood he left his old workshop behind. With new HOA rules and a brand new backyard, he wanted an upgrade. This Tuff Shed studio workshop fits in perfectly, and more importantly, fits Todd’s needs.

Todd and his dad built his old 16’x16’ workshop by hand. It suited him for many years but he wasn’t looking to take on another project of that size. When he moved, the corner of his garage became a storage space. It was a temporary arrangement since he and his wife wanted to add another bathroom to their home which would expand into the garage.

“I needed the space for my woodworking tools but I didn’t think a regular shed would pass the HOA review,” says Todd. “I saw what Tuff Shed had to offer and thought the studio would fit right in.”

His new 10×14 Premier PRO Studio has all the bells and whistles for a wood shop. It has plenty of windows that provide natural light and interior finishing touches completed by Todd himself. “There’s a lot of options for making the space your own. It’s kind of my man cave, even though it looks like a doll house from the outside,” laughs Todd.

Not only has the studio helped Todd and his wife transform their backyard, it inspired their neighbors as well. “I sent everyone the building details so they would know what was going up in our yard and now they’re all talking about redoing their backyards,” says Todd. When a new shed inspires a neighborhood, you know you’ve made the right choice.
