Well I have waited 2.5 years to leave my review for Tuff Shed and our 8'x25' Premier Pro Barn. As for the buying experience, it was a good one, Jennifer is awesome and super helpful. The installation experience was also a good one and pain free. We did have a couple roof shingles blow off our roof recently, so I can attest my "warranty experience" with Tuff Shed was also a good one, as they give a 10 year roof warranty on the Premier Pro Barn. I simply emailed them with a picture of the issue, and Jackie called me within 24 hours to setup a repair appointment. The repair person just came out today, he called me a half hour before his arrival, and the repair process was quick and painless. I'm glad we chose Tuff Shed instead of any of their competitors, they're super solid!

My experience with Tuff Shed was excellent. I talked with Jennifer at Tuff Shed about my shed requirements. Jennifer was always very quick to answer and respond to any questions I had. The installers came on the scheduled date and worked diligently and efficiently to build the shed. I am very happy with the end result and I would highly recommend Tuff Shed to anyone. Wonderful employees that go out of their way to make sure the customer is satisfied. Thank you!

Jennifer and Dannett are THE BEST in the business who offer the best product in the business. First the Reno TuffShed team helped when we lost the keys to the Tuff Shed in the back yard. No questions asked and incredible customer service! That made us want to go back whe. We were considering getting a new one. Well the process was so easy because of the helpfulness and patience from Jennifer and Dannett! We ended up getting two. The design and build were incredibly easy! The communication was exceptional. The final product amazing! I would go back here again and again and again because of the amazing customer service and the quality product. Thank you for all your support. Love you Tuff Shed Reno.
