What a great experience - The entire team was super. From my first impression in meeting with Tammy who graciously answered my myriad of questions, gave me a tour of the facility, and explained all of my options, to Chelsea who managed the permit process so I wouldn't have to - yes, it's worth the extra dollars - to Hayley who kept me apprised of scheduling my install. Then there was Chris who single-handedly assembled my shed in under four hours - amazing. Tammy's follow up ensured that I was a happy customer and was always there to answer any questions. If you are thinking about a purchasing a shed I would highly recommend working with Tuff Shed.

TuffShed handled all the permitting, site visit to help plan and make sure everything would be to code, and explained how to build the shed pad. It's not a speedy process, but the end results are great, and I'm really happy with it. There was some paint dribbled on a spot on the back wall and they came out and fixed it quickly with no issues. They were the only shed company I could get to come out to make sure that a shed was viable given my concerns about property line setbacks and a very large tree. Really happy with their customer service and the end result!

While the process was LONG and arduous, the Tuff Shed team supported me from beginning to end! Any time there are permits involved, you know that it's going to take a while. However, now that the project is complete, we are extremely pleased with how the shed turned out--both in quality craftsmanship and in appearance. I would definitely buy from Tuff Shed again!
