My wife and I are beyond ecstatic with our new Tuff Shed. We walked into Ontario Tuff Shed knowing we needed a storage solution but not sure on exactly what. We sat down with David Santiago and wow was he a great help. He explained everything in detail. From the size, walls, roof, foundation and even the paint he answered all of our questions. We picked everything out that same day and they were ready to install that weekend. The installers arrived at 8:30am and were complete before 11:00am. We are so happy that we chose Tuff Shed over the cheaper brands. Everything was very professional from start to finish. David is a top notch salesman and even a greater person. As I walked into the showroom, I was greeted by David Santiago and told him my needs. I wanted a shed to store my holiday decorations as they took up too much room in the garage. I informed David that I wanted my two existing storage racks to fit inside the shed. From there, David provided a quote for a Lean-To style shed. I appreciated that he didn't try to upsell me on any upgrades. He provided exactly what I needed. After getting the wife's approval, I revisited the showroom the next day, and was able to finalize things with David. The installers came during the week and had the shed built in about 3 hours. I appreciate the fast, friendly, and courteous service from beginning to end. I would definitely recommend David and Tuff Shed for your needs. P.S. - I also built the exact setup on the Tuff Shed website. The pricing David provided beat the online price (by hundreds). He is honest and will provide the best pricing available. Go see him!

Great experience with Tuff Shed from the beginning. Their website is very user friendly to get a quote. Right after I designed what I was looking for, David Santiago took over from there. He was very quick to respond to any questions I had. The guys that installed the shed were awesome also. They worked very hard, fast and kept in contact with me the whole time they were here to make sure I was happy with placement amongst other things. I'm very happy with David, the installers and the overall experience. I would absolutely refer him and Tuff Shed to my family and friends.
