We recently had an 8x20 Tuff shed installed. Huge thanks to Dee for all of her hard work, communication, awesome attitude, and customer service. She went way past above and beyond and helped us in every way. I will admit we did have some issues with the installation day off and some things that needed to be corrected after. Spoke with Paul and David, two of the managers and they were very helpful and of course spoke with Dee a bunch and she was very helpful with this as well. Adam, Tuff Shed technician, was sent out to correct the issues and do an overall inspection of the shed and he was great. Very nice, did fast great work, and great communication on what was needed to be done and expectations. We really liked Adam and all of his help. Overall took a little longer than originally expected to get everything finalized but in the end it all worked out.

After finally deciding to have a new shed installed, I stopped by the Tuff Shed office to get started. There, I was fortunate enough to meet Julie. I can’t say enough about the guidance she provided throughout the entire process — from helping with the design and sizing to explaining permits, paint options, installation, and more. Everything was seamless from start to finish, and the installers were excellent. I’m very pleased with the entire experience and highly recommend Tuff Shed and Julie to anyone considering a new shed.
