170 - Seattle

We went with the premier pro tall ranch (20x12) and had it finished inside. We added a Mr. Cool mini split system for AC/heating which is working great for this space. Overall an OK experience, but happy with the results and would recommend. Be warned that if you're planning to build in Seattle, Tuff Shed’s permitting person is not familiar with the size/types of builds that the city of Seattle would allow in a backyard. Giving 4 stars instead of 5 because it sure would have been nice to have guidance on that. In our case the city of seattle took 7 months to approve our permit, so we waited all that time only for the city to say the (orignal-barn style) structure we chose was too tall. So we basically had to pivot and start over and choose a completely different design which was a bummer. Other than that (now that the wait is over and stress of all the follow up is done) we’re pretty happy. :) The main person we worked with was great and communicative. And once the permit was approved, Tuff sheds came out and built the shed in 2 days! Very impressive.

Had a great experience all around with Tuff Shed in Tukwila, WA. Theo Vervilles, my Sales and Design Consultant was most responsive and helpful in selecting and upgrading my perfect shed project. Theo responded to my email request immediately and helped me get going quickly. The installation was built on site in one day after I had a concrete slab poured. From choosing a concrete slab, to my own upgrade of western cedar shake shingle siding and cedar trim, Theo and the engineering team had great suggestions along the way. I also added mineral wool insulation and 1/2" plywood interior walls all around. This shed will be around for a long time. Thanks again to Theo and the whole team at Tuff Shed - I think it came out great... now to fill it up!

Working with Theo, Joey, and Matt was a great experience. I started working with Theo last year as we were planning our move to the Olympic Peninsula. He worked with my request and provided ideas to improve my shed even though he knew I was not ready to purchase for more than 6 to 9 months. When I did finally get to the point as to when I was ready to purchase he remembered me from the previous conversations. Both Theo and Joey kept in touch with me through the build process and timing was exactly what was promised. Matt's team built the shed in one day. The quality of the shed and price point makes this a real value. I am very happy with the team and the company.
