From the moment we pulled into the parking lot, we were met with a friendly professional smile and service from Austin, he showed us each and every shed we wanted to look at told us the dimensions and specifications for each building use that we looked at. Austin was very knowledgeable on the sheds and productd used to build the out buildings. Austin told us many changes could be made. So the shed would be exactly what we wanted. We ended up changing plans 2 times on him. And he always took it very professionally. Never an issue, never a problem. We also had a couple of gentlemen who came out to set up the shed. Who worked in some really weird Washington, ugly weather, rain, showers, hail, cold and windy never once did they stop, they continued to work till the shed was done. We are very impressed with this company and the individuals who work for tough Shed, we are very happy with our shed. We know exactly where to go. If we have another building need. We ordered our 10 x 14 Tuff Shed through Austin, the Rep in Chehalis WA. We are happy with the easy process of selecting a shed size, double doors with attractive wainscot design, window, wood floor, 7' walls with 10' peak and heavy duty ramp. The shed will be painted to match our house color and has a 7 year warranty. The roof shingles have a 25 year warranty. It was installed within two weeks. Tuff Shed had no problem building our shed on site, however another company said they could not build it as they didn't have room for standing up their ladders safely. You can see by the pictures that a shed can be built without extra difficulty. We are thrilled with our Tuff Shed built in 5 hours by a team of two efficient and friendly guys. Ezekiel! They made sure we were happy and answered any questions we had when the shed was built. I highly recommend doing business with Tuff Shed! Austin in Chehalis and Michael in Tumwater offices were both very knowledgeable about their products as well as professional. Thanks again everyone at Tuff Shed :)

The Chelhalis sales rep, Austin, was knowledgeable, responsive, and very helpful! The sheds are extremely customizable and the quality of the product is top notch! My installer, George, was a very hard worker and he did a fantastic job! I couldn’t be happier with my shed or the buying experience with Tuff Sheds! Great job!
