I needed a spare key for my 9 year old Tuff Shed and some touchup paint. Vinny Gave me Great customer service. He searched around in his desk and found me a key. then he took the time to show me how to order a key on the computer should I need another. He emailed me some paint swatches and code so I could get some touchup paint. Great customer service.

UPDATE: Vinny from Springville Tuff Shed was amazing to work with. The first part he gave me didn’t work so he found the correct part to fit my door handle. Vinny didn’t stop until I was completely satisfied. I give Vinny a 10 out of 10 satisfaction rating. I called Tuff Shed in Springville because the lock on my 13 year old Tuff Shed door handle wasn’t working. The gentleman listened to my problem and offered me the part I needed for the repair. He wouldn’t accept payment because it was a part left over from another job he had sold. He was so nice and helpful!!! I totally recommend Tuff Shed and would definitely buy another Tuff Shed. However, I don’t see that happening any time soon because mine is so well built and durable. Thanks Tuff Shed!!!

Vinny is awesome. Came out and measured up what we wanted. Great communication. Only about a two week process from him measuring to finished product on a custom build. Installers were great. I decided to paint my floor with Epoxy. Built in one day. Talk to Vinny if you need anything Tuff Shed.
