I needed a spare key for my 9 year old Tuff Shed and some touchup paint. Vinny Gave me Great customer service. He searched around in his desk and found me a key. then he took the time to show me how to order a key on the computer should I need another. He emailed me some paint swatches and code so I could get some touchup paint. Great customer service.

Vinny is awesome. Came out and measured up what we wanted. Great communication. Only about a two week process from him measuring to finished product on a custom build. Installers were great. I decided to paint my floor with Epoxy. Built in one day. Talk to Vinny if you need anything Tuff Shed.

This is our second Tuff Shed. We purchased our first one 15 years ago, and the shed has held up well and still looks great. We needed a second shed and started shopping over a year ago. Vinny helped get a plan started for us and kept us in the loop with sales and offers. When the timing was right, we contacted Vinny and he was able to get everything ready, including the city permit needed. We used the Tuff Shed financing offer and they have been great to work with. Vinny was awesome to work with, and the installers did a great job. When the installers came, they worked with me on making sure every detail was the way we wanted it, example: when building our shelves they let us choose the measurements and even worked on making the "Costco black/yellow tote" be a perfect fit. Vinny helped us narrow down what we needed and helped us get a good price. No pressure sales. The sheds are good quality with treated floors to help from rotting from standing water. We got the wall boards with silver sheeting that help regulate heat. We also liked the steel wrap around the bottom and the metal door plate. They built it fast- 4 1/2 hours on site and we had it delivered in 10 days.
