Marshall was the reason we decided to buy because of his knowledge and enthusiastic attitude towards the product. There was no pressure sales tactics which I liked, no surprise figures towards the end. You can't help but to respect the whole process. The shed was erected expeditiously and the crew cleaned up afterwards. Marshall stay in the loop during the whole process for questions.
