We could not be happier with our experience with Tough Shed, and a huge part of that is because of Marshall. From our very first meeting, Marshall was personable, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely wonderful to work with. We originally went to Tough Shed because we wanted a custom building that we could finish out ourselves as a mother-in-law quarters, and Marshall was instrumental in helping us bring that vision to life. His experience with the design process made such a difference. He helped us think through placement, layout, and all of the different options available so that we could create something that truly fit our family’s needs. One thing that really stood out to us was how family friendly every interaction was. The few times we needed to go into the office, our children were welcomed and had things to keep them occupied while we adults worked through the design and practical details. That made the entire process feel comfortable and enjoyable rather than stressful. Tough Shed itself really has an impressive amount of customization available. There are so many options that you can truly tailor a building to your needs and your budget, and we really appreciated having that flexibility. Marshalls professionalism, knowledge, kindness, and willingness to help made the entire experience better than we could have hoped for. Our building is now up, and we are finishing out the interior ourselves. We cannot wait to share photos of the finished space! We are absolutely thrilled with how everything turned out and would highly recommend Tough Shed, especially if you have the opportunity to work with Marshall. We visited Tuff Shed to explore our shed options. Marshall immediately came out and showed us the different size options. Once we had decided on the size we went into the office to create a build by picking out accessories and paint colors. When we changed our mind on the size it was very easy and effortless to amend the the original quote. Signing the paperwork and scheduling the build was quick. The installer was very knowledgeable and went over everything with us. We are extremely pleased with our shed. It is exactly what we needed. Highly recommend Tuff Shed Waco and Marshall!

Worked with Marshall at Tuff Shed in Waco to get the size and design that would be of the best help to me. Marshall was very responsive and came to the house to help figure out where to place the shed and stake it for the delivery. The shed was done and in place within 2 weeks. The work crew that assembled it were on time and professional. It looks great and is very sturdy. We chose the barn style for the extra loft storage space as well as having shelving installed. The solar interior lighting is very nice! I love the keyless entry pad but can use a key if need be. Now to fill it. Great job all around Tuff Shed!!

Marshall was great to work with even through the obstacles we encountered. Awesome customer service!!! He listened to what I wanted and needed. There was a rip in the screen and he got us scheduled for a repair quickly.
