I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Tuff Shed. The building came out wonderful and the quality exceeded my expectations. The install crew did an outstanding job and clearly paid close attention to even the small details. From start to finish, the entire process was easy and smooth, with excellent communication around timelines and the installation schedule. The crew was extremely professional and respectful throughout the install. They took the time to double-check placement and leveling with me before proceeding, which I really appreciated. After completion, they walked through everything with me to make sure I was fully satisfied before leaving. That level of care and customer service really stood out. I would highly recommend Tuff Shed to anyone looking for a high-quality building and a stress-free experience.

Everyone at Tuff Shed was fantastic. Mike in the Sales Office gave great guidance and helped me figure out exactly what I needed along with getting a quick install date (1 week!) that never would’ve happened with Home Depot. The team that built the shed was incredibly professional and knowledgeable and even worked around some tricky areas of my property with ease. Highly recommend!

I worked with Mike Woodyard in Round Rock to set up this 22' x 12' Tuff Shed, and the entire process went smoothly and efficiently. Mike was professional, responsive, and thorough he answered all of my questions and even came out to my property personally to check for overhead tree clearance before installation. J & Bros. Construction handled the build, and they did an outstanding job with excellent attention to detail. Since the walls were not pre-fabricated, they built them on-site without any issues. Midway through the build, a production representative from Tuff Shed stopped by to ensure everything was progressing properly, a thoughtful touch that reflected the company’s commitment to quality. The entire project was completed in just one day, and the crew took the time to walk me through the finished shed to confirm that everything met expectations. My only regret is not doing this sooner. Many thanks to Mike Woodyard and J & Bros. Construction for their professionalism and great work.

The shed looks amazing! Built just to what we asked for - 10x14 with a window and door in the front and transom windows in the back There were just a few cosmetic issues I found after the installation, including a knick on the door frame, a portion of damaged drip edge flashing from when the builders were leaning on it with their ladder, and a few spots on one side of the shed that weren't painted Mike was wonderful to work with as well, 5/5! But Gilbert, Mike's concrete recommendation, was pretty bad, 2/5. His crew did not have the correct dimensions for the wood framing (it was too long in one corner), so after they poured the concrete they used a sledgehammer to smack the frame into the correct dimensions. But in doing this they created a dip in the pad that later turned into a bird bath (see images). Gilbert came out to try and fix it a couple of times over the course of 2 months, but he did not have any luck. Looking back we should have ignored Gilbert's recommendation of not putting a slope on the foundation. The fix we're going to try now is caulk between the concrete and the metal beam of the shed to make sure water doesn't get under the shed I would recommend using someone besides Gilbert if you plan to put in a concrete pad for your shed. However, it was nice to be able to contact Mike if I needed to get a hold of Gilbert. Gilbert was difficult to get a hold of at times. He also expected to be paid in full immediately after the completion of the project, so it gave me no time to actually assess his crew's work and identify the bird pooling issue before full payment. Since Gilbert was paid in full, I felt it was not a priority for him to fix the bird pooling problem, so he rarely returned my calls and kept delaying his appointments to fix it. He also expected me to pay for additional concrete patching material which I did not do TLDR: The shed looks great and Mike was great to work with. Don't work with Gilbert if you're putting in a concrete pad for your shed. Ask Mike if he has any other recommendations
