We worked with Mike at Tuff Shed Round Rock and he was super helpful making sure our design met our needs! He also was very conscientious throughout the process helping connect us with Tuff shed departments. When the shed was set up one of the windows had broken in transit and someone was out two days later to replace it. Super happy with the experience!

I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Tuff Shed. The building came out wonderful and the quality exceeded my expectations. The install crew did an outstanding job and clearly paid close attention to even the small details. From start to finish, the entire process was easy and smooth, with excellent communication around timelines and the installation schedule. The crew was extremely professional and respectful throughout the install. They took the time to double-check placement and leveling with me before proceeding, which I really appreciated. After completion, they walked through everything with me to make sure I was fully satisfied before leaving. That level of care and customer service really stood out. I would highly recommend Tuff Shed to anyone looking for a high-quality building and a stress-free experience.

Mike/Round Rock Tuff Shed was excellent to work with and understood our needs. Lucano was our builder and he was very thorough and even did touch up paint in the end. He was fast and efficient, as well as friendly! He took the time to level out shed and then explain about evenly distributing the weight of things we would store in there because the shed would be settling. We are so glad we chose this company because they really care that you are pleased with the final product. Thank you Tuff Shed!

Everyone at Tuff Shed was fantastic. Mike in the Sales Office gave great guidance and helped me figure out exactly what I needed along with getting a quick install date (1 week!) that never would’ve happened with Home Depot. The team that built the shed was incredibly professional and knowledgeable and even worked around some tricky areas of my property with ease. Highly recommend!
