We purchased a shed from Tuff Shed Rio Grande Valley a month ago. Initially, we sat down with Chris Olvera, our sales representative, thinking that we were going in knowing exactly what we wanted. Chris made several helpful suggestions and answered every question that we asked. He was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and patient. We took a few days to go over the estimate before sitting down with Chris again. We had more questions and he had the answers. The installation crew was very professional. Once the shed was installed, we noticed a couple of small things. The team leader took a couple of photos and reported the minor fixes that were needed to Chris. Chris immediately arranged to have someone come to take care of them. We are very happy with our shed. We made the right choice in choosing Tuff Shed.

I had the best experience and I love my shed. Jesse and Matthew were very professional and kind they listened to what we wanted and put it together. The installers cleaned up before leaving and made sure I was pleased with the shed and quality of work. These guys worked hard in the hot sun and did not stop till they were done. it was built quickly and it looks amazing. I will always recommend this company. You won't be disappointed. Best decision made ❤
