We had an excellent experience, the best part being our salesman, Kenny. He spent a LOT of time explaining options, features, measurements, cost, etc. until we had "built" my husband's dream shed. He stayed in touch throughout the process, and even afterwards. 5 stars for him personally :) TuffShed called promptly to get us on the schedule. They were here right when they said they would be, and had the shed fully put together in ~4 hours. When my husband got home and saw it, he was delighted.... but then noticed an imperfection with the work bench. TuffShed sent someone out 2 days later to replace it, and it's perfect. Will absolutely recommend to anyone who asks.

Went in to buy a specific model of a shed, however Fort Worth building codes prohibited the kind of shed I wanted. Kenny helped us a pick a new model and helped us through the entire design process. It was super easy and he was very helpful. The builders came out after all preparation and had the shed up in a day. The whole process from designing to having it built was great. I would definitely use them again.
