327 - Fort Worth

We had a great experience with Tuff Shed from start to finish, and especially with Kenny. He was very personable, positive, and knowledgeable. At first we gave him the wrong dimensions, and then, went back and forth on several requirements. He had to make several changes, even coming out to our house at one point, but was patient throughout. Similarly, Anthony and Hunter did a fantastic job with installation. We gave them wrong direction on part of it, but when we saw it and let them know, they patiently and positively made the correction. We’re very happy, both with the process and especially the results!

Attention to details is what I observed. I was asked what height for the shelving and chose what works for me. The site was picked up and just as they found it. Great job.

We had an excellent experience working with Tuff Shed in Fort Worth! Kenny helped us design the exact shed we needed and worked around our schedule to get it delivered when we needed it. The shed is beautiful, sturdy, and we are very pleased. Five stars!

We had an excellent experience, the best part being our salesman, Kenny. He spent a LOT of time explaining options, features, measurements, cost, etc. until we had "built" my husband's dream shed. He stayed in touch throughout the process, and even afterwards. 5 stars for him personally :) TuffShed called promptly to get us on the schedule. They were here right when they said they would be, and had the shed fully put together in ~4 hours. When my husband got home and saw it, he was delighted.... but then noticed an imperfection with the work bench. TuffShed sent someone out 2 days later to replace it, and it's perfect. Will absolutely recommend to anyone who asks.
