Nice work, thank you. Communication between sales office, backoffice and installers could use improved on whether I had a concrete pad, where the customer provided paint and why the trim paint was not different than the base paint. No one one called me on why trim coo was not different, but they called 3-4 times on where is the customer provided paint, and has the concrete pad been installed yet. It turns out, the customer provided paint was provided to sales office upon contract signature. We also did not order a concrete pad. Each time Tuff Shed called, I repeated the same story, but apparently did notbgetbpsssed along or was not received. Despite these annoying issues, I am happy with yhe shed.
