Ali spent a lot of time with lots of patience while i asked a million questions. She also was a big help matching colors with trim. Installation was quick, and the tech cleaned everything up when he completed the shed. I would definitely recommend you go see her.

ali what is extremely knowledgeable very friendly. My HOA was not cooperating and there was several different changes to the shed and she accomplished all of them with no problem. Very very happy.

The shopping and buying process was easy and simple thanks in large part to Ali. She was very knowledgeable and informative. She answered all of our questions promptly and completely. If the building crew and the materials are as high quality as the sales staff, this will be a very worth while purchase.

I have been waiting a long time to get a shed ... I mean a long time. After extensive research and shopping around I finally settled on a Tuff Shed. One because they build on site and two they offer full service (permit, warranty, and one on one in person consultations, etc). I downloaded their Upgrade Catalog and went on their web site to build my dream shed. But there was a slight glitch. Should I choose the "Home Depot Tuff Shed" web page or the "Tuff Shed" web page. I looked at both web pages and there is a difference in model numbers and available upgrades ... so I went with the "Tuff Shed" web page to build my shed and work directly with their local sales representative . Not to mention that the Home Depot Tuff Shed sales representative has odd work hours, you can't make an appointment with them (its first come first serve), and they are not up to speed on available upgrades. The Tuff Shed factory web page is easy to navigate and I was able to complete my build within an hour. It took me an hour because I couldn't decide if I wanted the doors to open to the left or the right and my wife wasn't at home at the time so I had to wait to get her opinion and yes ultimate approval on the build. I went ahead and submitted my build to the web page and the next day I received and an email and a text message from Charlie, the local Belton Tuff Shed salesperson. So I picked up the phone and called Charlie to set up an appointment for an in person consultation. When I arrived at the Belton Tuff Shed office, Charlie was waiting and had all his ducks in order. He had the build I had submitted on line printed out and we started to discuss adding additional upgrades to my build that the web page wouldn't accept. When it came time to choose a color, Charlie gave us some paint samples to take home so that we could make sure the color matched our house. Afterwards we finalized our build and Charlie submitted the necessary documents and provided us with detailed information on the next three phases: permit approval process, production process, and installation process (you will like Charlie ... he is down to earth, patient, honest and an expert on Tuff Sheds and all their upgrades) The next day I received a text message from Daniel who worked out all the details for the building permit. And within four days after the permit was approved the installation team was on site. The installation team was great. They were extremely professional and respectful the entire time and they knew exactly how to build the shed because they also had a print out of the build that was submitted. They completed building my shed within one day to the exact specifications of the build and all the floor, walls, doors, and roof were all squared within tolerance. After the build was completed the foreman and I walked around the shed and identified some minor items that needed to be addressed before the build could be completed (basically there was a door drip cap that didn't get loaded). The following week the installation team returned with the door drip cap and did some additional minor adjustments to the doors. I couldn't be happier with the solid construction and looks of my shed. The entire process was easy and straight forward. The entire Tuff Shed team was extremely responsive to my inquiries, requests and desires. Thank you Charlie, Daniel, Aleena, and a special shout out to the Installers (Capi Construction, LLC).
