Working directly with the dealer was definitely the move. My sales guy Wyatt was great, he sat down with me at my house and went over all of the options with me as we marked out the possible sizes in my yard. He was also available to be reached at any time and I never felt like I got the brush off after he made the official sale. My installer Juan Rodriguez was top notch! He showed up on time and ready to work. I was worried it was going to be an all day installation but he knocked out the entire build all by himself in under 5 hours, and that included all of the touch up work. He left my driveway and worksite as clean as it was when he arrived. I will note that the finance company that tuffshed uses could definitely use some work. They called me multiple times over memorial day and when I eventually answered they were asking for my social security number over the phone which was a no go, especially since they couldn't verify by my name and address what type of "service" the loan was for. I had to then call my sales guy to provide me a direct phone number to their financing provider, where I felt much more comfortable giving out my personal information knowing it was indeed the actual company that was providing the financing. They are extremely hard to understand over the phone due to their accents which made communication quit difficult since you need to listen to them read the entire finance document you signed with tuffshed before they would confirm the shed was installed and issue me a way to make payments. The installers were very professional and made sure to check with me throughout the installation regarding the placement of everything. The whole process was very smooth and quickly completed.
