Linda Quinones is absolutely the best! She knows her stuff about Tuff Shed, moves your project along with initiative and expertise all the while being one of the friendliest and most outgoing company reps I have had done business with. Linda made very good suggestions while also attending carefully to my preferences in the design process. She stayed connected in the follow up, informing me of next steps and guided the process efficiently. I had my shed within 10 days of ordering it. It was installed by a competent and friendly crew who arrived early and on time, worked steadily on a very hot day, and cleaned up the premises so there was no trace of the work, just a great shed. It was a delightful experience all the way around and I couldn't be happier with the outcome...a really substantial charming garden shed that integrates well with my yard, house and neighborhood. Just as I imagined it. Linda has my permission to post a photo of the shed and I might post one myself tomorrow if weather permits.
