Everything was great! From the design portion with Richard to scheduling, and installation. The Installers Aiden and Brendan were fantastic as well. Showed up on time and we complete in a short hours. Very Professional, clean up afterwards and didn't leave any mess. I would highly recommend using Tuff Shed again to anyone. My experience was fantastic!

Thanks to Aiden and Rob for installing our shed, we truly appreciate the great work. Our process started with Jaya, who was incredibly helpful in refining the design we initially created online. She offered helpful suggestions and even recommended coming out to our property to take measurements to make sure everything was just right. From there, everything went smoothly, from purchasing the shed, to handling permits, to clear and consistent communication about installation timing. We did run into a small hiccup with something that wasn’t installed, but after a quick call, the team came back out the same day and took care of it right away. Kudos to the entire team! Keep up the great work!

Had a very good experience with Tuff Shed. My experience started with my salesman Richard Lee he was able to show me my options and help me make decisions to save money and to get exactly what I wanted. The crew that came out arrived when scheduled and professionally erected the building. It was nice having the option to design a custom building and have it rapidly installed on site. I would recommend them to friends who need this type of building.
