We met with Linda at Tuff Shed who helped us design our custom 12 x 16 shed for our backyard. The team did a great job explaining the process and installing the shed onsite. The entire process took about 4 weeks from placing the order and obtaining the permit to final installation. The service we received from Linda and her team exceeded our expectations. Would definitely recommend Tuff Shed Madison for anyone interested in a premium quality storage shed!

We ordered our tuff shed recently and I would give Linda at the Madison location 5 start so far. She was very professional and patient and answered all our questions. She even came out to look at our site. We are excited about the new shed and if the installation goes as good as our process of purchasing, we will be very satisfied. Thanks Linda for your wonderful service to your customers! Post install (March 2026)- Thought I should update my post after Tuff Shed installed my shed yesterday. I cannot say enough about how well the installers did. We love our shed and it has plenty room for everything especially with the loft. Roberto and his installer team were patient, respectful, and hard workers until the job was finished in one day. I've not found anything I do not like about the shed. From Linda in the sales office through scheduling the install and the installation, I'm absolutely happy with my experience with this company.

Giving a 5 Star for Linda's customer service. Our shed is ordered but we have ran into a bump in the road with getting the permit. Linda has been working hard to help us get it resolved. Thanks Linda for all of your help, and hopefully we will enjoy the installation process of our new shed soon.
