I know I paid more than if I went to a shed company who delivers the shed already built. However, I was in a situation where that could not happen due ti my gate size and they would not have been able to get a prebuilt shed through it. That being said, I believe Tuff Shed was worth the investment. Quality built. The team who installed it was fantastic. Had it up in 3.5 hours. Overall I am very happy with the company. Easy to do business with. The only drawback was that communication could have been a little better. Other than that, glad I went with stuff Shed.

Jeremy in sales worked with us over many months until we were ready to purchase our Tuff Shed. Easy to design and he did a great job helping us pick out the right finishes. Scheduling was fast and with great customer service. Installation was a bit bumpy, but the 5 stars reflects how they handled a mixup/failure well…the first crew to come out to install was missing a key piece of the foundation and couldn’t build, so they left all the materials in our yard until we could reschedule sometime the next week (we live 2 hours away from them). A storm was coming in a couple of days, so we were very concerned all the wood interior pieces would be ruined and Tuff Shed management found a second crew to come out the next day. It looks great and happy with their service recovery!

I never would have thought I could be so happy with a shed. The finished product looks so good, especially the way the paint colors are such a good match to the house. Jeremy was so helpful in guiding me through the ordering process. He clarified some things for me, which I had no clue about, like the purpose and placement of a window. The builders were very professional, arrived timely, and did excellent work. And Terry was very pleasant and helpful, with the final paperwork. I'm so glad I went with Tuff Shed, and am especially grateful for this group of people.

Miss Harley is brand new and is killing it! She was very easy to talk to and was so nice! Jeremy is also doing a great job training her and they both got us our shed in a very easy and short time! Thank you! We are eager to see what the end result will be!
