He has years of experience and places a priority on customer service. He has a pleasant personality and is always available to answer questions and coordinate between the customer and the Doraville GA location where the sheds are pre-fabbed and scheduled for onsite delivery and installation. We were drawn to TuffShed after visiting a Home Show in the area. I was very impressed with the metal foundation and how the flooring tied into the building. We went to the Hixson location and were helped by Jeremy Wilson to design a shed on their computer for our home in Ooltewah. Jeremy asked questions regarding our needs, the type of shed, size, doors, windows, etc. As he asked the questions, he entered our answers and when completed, showed us a computerized picture of our perfect-for-us shed. We discussed the cost, which we believe for the quality, was and is reasonable. Ten days later our shed came by truck pulling a trailer with two very pleasant, and, as we found out watching them, hard working gentlemen who assembled and built the shed in our yard, being very careful the foundation was level on all sides. The shed was completed and painted with the roof and shingles the same day. They came the next day for another coat of paint and to complete the shelves and install solar lights. This whole process was completely seamless for us as Jeremy was totally committed to customer satisfaction!! Thank you TuffShed, and Thank you Jeremy!!

I am so very pleased with my shed. The guys came out and were very professional and courteous. They went to work and it seemed like minutes and my shed was finished. Jeromy Wilson answered all my questions and made my experience purchasing my shed easy and stress free. I recommend purchasing a Tuff Shed.

Jeremy in sales worked with us over many months until we were ready to purchase our Tuff Shed. Easy to design and he did a great job helping us pick out the right finishes. Scheduling was fast and with great customer service. Installation was a bit bumpy, but the 5 stars reflects how they handled a mixup/failure well…the first crew to come out to install was missing a key piece of the foundation and couldn’t build, so they left all the materials in our yard until we could reschedule sometime the next week (we live 2 hours away from them). A storm was coming in a couple of days, so we were very concerned all the wood interior pieces would be ruined and Tuff Shed management found a second crew to come out the next day. It looks great and happy with their service recovery!
