In April 2025, I purchased a new storage building from Tuff Shed in Columbia, SC, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. I spent nearly six months researching and comparing options before making a decision. From our very first conversation, Peter Tata was professional, knowledgeable, and never pushy. Rather than trying to make a quick sale, he focused on helping me find the right building when I was ready to move forward. When I contacted Peter six months later, he remembered our previous discussions and picked up right where we left off. He took the time to explain the advantages and disadvantages of the various design options, helping me make informed decisions throughout the process. Once the order was finalized, the building was delivered and installed within two weeks. There was one minor issue after installation, but the Tuff Shed team responded quickly and resolved it without hesitation. Wow, it only took two weeks from the planning to the installation. Peter was very professional answered all my questions and made a few suggestions for my custom built shed.
