From the get go, Todd Bowser, Sales Design Consultant at Tuff Shed, Pittsburgh was helpful, friendly and very professional. We could not have asked for a better experience. Todd really listened to our needs and concerns about the new shed for our yard. He made the entire process painless by walking us through available designs and colors. He paid special attention to showing us how the sheds are constructed and set up while being very patient with our questions. The costs and installation were thoroughly explained in an easy to understand manner. We feel we received a great product for the price quoted. There were no hidden costs or fees. Todd presented us with a complete print out of the proposal before we went ahead with the project. He kept us advised about the necessary permit to procure. It was far easier than we expected. We would Todd Bowser and Tuff Shed to anyone who wants a wonderful experience in buying a quality shed or outbuilding.

Every aspect of the experience was great. From being shown the showroom and different sheds all the way through the installation. The salesman took the time to find the perfect shed for our needs. The install team came and left. They left the site as clean as it was when they came. Would highly recommend.
