164 - Redmond

We’ve been looking at sheds for almost a year now. Home Depot and Lowe’s was our first option but the harder we more we tried to make it work, the harder and more expensive the whole process was. They have Tuff Sheds and felt they were the sturdiest. It was just too much of a hassle and frustration. We had given up on getting a shed at those two places and started to look local. A couple of the local places in Redmond seemed very nice and easy to work with put the prices were high and we just weren’t comfortable with them. On a whim, we decided to go out to our local fairgrounds to a home and garden show to look at some plants. We happen to see a vendor for Tuff shed so we decided to sit down and talk to Edward. Turns out Edward had a new local store in town. The whole process was completely painless and actually kind of fun! Edward helped us design our shed, and we got to see it formed on the screen. He offered us some tips, that didn’t cost us extra money, that made our shed be better for our needs. Edward asked a lot of questions and had some really good insight. To be honest, I thought the price was going to be outrageous. We designed the perfect shed so obviously it wasn’t gonna be out of reach. To our complete surprise, the shed was much much cheaper than some of the other sheds we had looked at. We decided to purchase the shed on the spot, hoping we would get it within a month or two. To our great surprise, our shed came within 10 days! The company was out of Portland and they contacted me three or four times just to make sure everything was how we wanted it and go over every detail about delivery and placement. Everyone we talked to was fantastic. They went over the smallest of details. The day arrived for our shed to be delivered, and the nicest two young man showed up to install our shed. They walked us around and also made sure, down to the smallest detail, that the shed was assembled exactly where we wanted it and how we wanted it. I wish I could remember their names. They were twin brothers, Young and had their own contracting business. They were quite possibly the most efficient and nicest people I’ve ever encountered. Our only regret is that we didn’t go directly to Tuff shed in the first place. Not only was it much cheaper than Home Depot and Lowe’s, we got exactly what we wanted. The whole process was so easy. I highly recommend Tuff shed and Edward here in Redmond, Oregon for anyone looking for a shed. You will not be disappointed.

We haven't built the shed yet, but our sales and design experience with Christian Mendoza was outstanding. He kept in touch while we were waiting for funding and decisions, without being overattentive. He showed great patience when minds and plans were changed, all with a smile and sense of humor. He explained everything in easy to understand terms. Based on his excellent service so far, I can't wait for the project to be complete for our new "studio" building! Thanks, Christian. Tuff Shed of Redmond was a great experience for both my wife and myself. Christian was very professional in helping us pick out and design a custom shed for our needs. After comparing multiple shed companies we found the Tuff Shed to be best. Solidly built with better materials than most.
