He came out to our site and noted any options and cautions regarding what we were planning. His insight was immeasurable and his patience was unending. He is a well informed salesman who was able to walk us through the process and support us. The installers came in and put the shed together in about 5 hours or so, including painting it!!. They were super efficient and cleaned the site afterwards. We were informed after installation about any details we might want to know. It was a great experience at a reasonable price and we are very happy with their performance and with the final product. I would recommend Tuff Shed and their team for their professional behavior, knowledge, and the quality of their work and the end product. Go to Tuff Shed and compare the quality of goods and service before you choose someone else.

We have a great impression of Tuff Shed directly due to Jeff Waldrop, the quality of the product, and the installation team. Jeff went above and beyond on customer service and we really appreciated his calm and kind demeanor. The installation team was friendly and efficient. And the shed looks great! It’s the perfect size for our space, the color compliments our house, and it lives up to its name. We will be enjoying it for many years to come. I recently bought a 26'x26' garage and a 10'x16' shed from Tuff Shed to replace a fire damaged building. I'd long admired a neighbor's Tuff Shed Studio but had no idea Tuff Sheds could be as large as 30'x40'. It didn't take much for sales representative Bob Brown to convince me that a well-designed and engineered Tuff Shed would meet my needs and for far less money than rebuilding conventionally. For insurance purposes I got a bid from a general contractor for over $150,000. A comparably sized Tuff Shed would be about half that. I've since met two other neighbors with Tuff Sheds (larger than what's available in the Home Depot parking lot) and the consensus is that they are a quality product. I think it would be great if Tuff Shed expanded its line to include a few explicitly residential options.There are plenty of examples online of people modifying Tuff Sheds for housing but not every jurisdiction permits that use.
