Tuff Shed's personnel have been friendly and highly efficient in helping us through all the stages of getting a finished storage shed built on our property. We particularly appreciated Tuff Shed getting us a building permit for the shed with our town (not an easy process for us beginners). On building day, Tuff Shed's crew were on site an hour ahead of schedule, and worked hard to get our shed completely built in five hours. They paid particular attention to making sure that the Shed's locking door handle, bolt assembly, and strike plate fit tightly together upon assembly and final mounting on the door and shed frame, with no rattling when closed. Tuff Shed's building crew worked fast, precisely, and efficiently, and were polite and friendly throughout construction, and thoroughly cleaned up the site afterwards. All in all, getting our Tuff Shed built has been one of the most satisfying home improvement experiences we've ever had here in Cleveland. We would happily recommend Tuff Shed's service and products to our friends interested in exterior storage solutions. (Our special thanks to Mr. Bernie Hyland for his expert advice and consultation.)

A great experience from first meeting Bernie at the PGH Home show thru the final day of the installation. 16 x 24 Pro Unit. Bernie was great getting some last minute changes made and his field crew was fantastic. On time each day, very detail oriented and good just to get to know as people. They were like a "assembly ballet" each day with no wasted time. The quality products used along with TuffSheds innovations are what sold this old engineer. The site looks like they were never here void the beautiful unit! thx team , ..Dann

There were some special circumstances we had to overcome and he helped us in getting these problems solved. He is highly recommended. The shed was superbly constructed and exceeded our expectations.
