Customer service was great. Kyle was responsive and helped to make sure we got exactly what we needed. Shed was installed just a week ago, but they seem really durable and high quality. The install took more time than I was expecting but the contractor was easy to work with and worked as quickly as he could, even going out in poor weather to finish the job. When the contractor showed up by himself, I was a little worried how long it would take and what I thought was going to take 3-4 hours ended up being a 8 hour day. However, the contractor said it usually takes him about 5-6 hours to put one up. Overall, wonderful experience and excited to have a beautiful, durable shed. Very pleased.

My experience with Tuff Shed was great! From the very beginning to the end. My rep, Kyle was so friendly and knowledgeable that he made my process easy. He walked me through with the design, the selection as well as the finances. When I had questions about the product, he was able to answer with professionalism. Even the construction workers were on task and made sure I was happy with my new shed. I'm happy with the quality and service I received with this crew.
