She guided me through each stage. We went over the options in detail and picked out exactly what i was looking for. Claretta was very responsive, was able to explain the process and resolved the issues that i experienced.

My mom and I were in the market for a shed. My friend Alex, who builds sheds, told me to check out Tuff Shed. We made an appointment with our local Tuff Shed Representative, Claretta. She is so kind and patient. She went through every option. My mom and I were so impressed with all the features she showed us that actually came with our shed! We chose the Premier Ranch shed. We are just blown away with how smooth everything went. Tuff Shed would have gotten our permit but we chose to get our own. We were originally denied our building permit. We contacted Claretta to inform her and she reached out to the building department on our behalf. Her knowledge of building code is stellar! They approved us with no problem! Our shed was just built the other day and we are just ecstatic! It matches our house. All our neighbors are just raving about it. Even the building department inspector was shocked by our Tuff Shed! He was amazed with the Galvanized Steel foundation, the Steel double doors, how well its built, etc. He stepped inside our shed and was just so impressed with how well Tuff Shed builds their sheds! Anybody looking for a shed should contact Tuff Shed, specifically Claretta! She will guide you through the process. The crew who built our shed was so well organized. It was so hot out that day and they worked through the extreme heat. My neighbor even came over and brought them iced coffee and goodies. Our shed is absolutely stunning! Thank you Tuff Shed! This was such an amazing experience! And to think, I wasn't even going to get my shed this year. My mom, myself and our neighbors had such a great time watching them build it.
