I was very happy with my experience with buying a shed from Tuff Shed on Walden Ave in Cheektowaga. Beau was very helpful and made my experience very easy. He was professional he helped with any questions and offered suggestions to make sure I would be very happy with my shed for years to come. He was very responsive and followed up with me every step of the way to make sure everything went smooth. The install was great. I would highly recommend purchasing a shed from Tuff Shed and working with Beau!!

I started the process online and Claretta from the Cheektowaga office contacted me by phone to setup an appointment to come into the showroom to complete the process. It’s one thing to design the shed online, but I was happy someone was able to walk me through all the options and I was able to stand in the shed in the showroom to see the physical space. Glad to learn that the showroom sheds are so much different than the ones you would get from a big box store. The doors are solid, and the sheds are built like a house! Ready for our Buffalo snow loads. The local installers were very responsive to our concerns and made sure our shed was set back properly to conform with town code. They were here at 7:30 am and we had a new shed build on our lot by 12:30 pm. We will never need another shed - but you do - and you should go with Tuff Shed!

Tuff Shed buffalo is a great place to do business, and had a nice showroom. My sales and design consultant Claretta Rumph was great, she took the time to go over everything and answered all my questions and helped me design a great shed. Claretta is a real asset to the company.The installers were also on point, they did a fantastic job as well !!! PS my dog loved it also

We love our Tough Shed! I was shopping for crafts when I saw brochers on sheds that caught my attention. Our shed desperately needed to be replaced, a nice woman,Claretta gave me so much information and followed up with a phone call that led to her visiting us in my home. Claretta was professional, competent, friendly and convinced us Tough Shed is a quality, well made and sturdy Shed that would out last most other sheds. I was so excited knowing we could design it and even chose to have a window with shutters and a flower box. The shed technicians, Alex and Tony called, were on time the day scheduled to install. They were so polite, professional and efficient. Alex and Tony made sure to paint an extra coat of paint and professionally installed the roof which matches the home roofing and the shed paint compliments our homes brick and sliding colors. I was so impressed from the beginning to the end of our shed event. Thanks for letting your wonderful staff create our dream shed. We received many compliments from neighbors and people just driving by. Definitely referring everyone we know to Tuff Shed. Thank you.
