Erik was patient, thorough, up front and honest, and he consistently treated us in a caring, respectful, and professional manner. He listened thoroughly to our plans for our shed ensuring that all original requests and adjustments were addressed & corrected. He answered all our questions, addressed our concerns, and followed through regularly as he said he would. He frequently communicated with us by phone and email throughout the process and ensured our purchase, delivery, installation, and project completion went smoothly. We recently added a Lean-To to our existing Tuff Shed, and it is every bit as tough and well built as we expected. The team at Tuff Shed NW Las Vegas, Arturo and Erik, were kind, helpful, and patient with us as we worked through the entire process. There was some work needed for prepare the ground and paperwork required by our HOA. We also had some issues with email that they resolved to keep the process moving. Our installer, Hector, was amazing. He made some final adjustments to the ground so the Lean-To could be placed right next to the main shed as planned. The fit and finish is perfect, making the addition look like it was built at the same time as the main shed. As you can see by the pictures, they look like one unit. I'm sure if we plan on adding another Lean-To or shed, we will be visiting the Tuff Shed NW Las Vegas.

From the day I walked in the doors of tuff shed I was greeted with love from Arturo. who assisted me with my purchase of my shed. I had a small area that I wanted to place my shed and wanted to be exact about measurements he came to my house and measured the space and walked me threw the process. I could not be more happier with my choice. Big thanks to Arturo from the Las Vegas Store for everything.

We had a great experience with Tuff Shed. We went to the showroom and we sat down with Eric and we had the whole garage designed and the pricing within an hour. Living in an HOA we had a few challenges with guidelines that we had to adhere to like the roof and exterior had to match the existing house. Eric was able to design the garage to accommodate the guidelines. Eric and his guys went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly through all the stages of construction. Overall we had a great experience with Tuff Shed and would recommend them for both sheds and garages.
