I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Tough Shed. From start to finish, Eric was incredibly helpful, professional, and responsive throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of my questions, kept me informed every step of the way, and made what could have been a stressful project feel smooth and easy. I also want to recognize Ulises and his crew for the outstanding job they did building my shed. They were punctual, hardworking, efficient, and clearly took pride in their work. The team worked quickly without sacrificing quality, and the finished product exceeded my expectations. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with Tough Shed as a company. We had Tuff Shed install two sheds on our property, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Their crew showed up ready to work, put both sheds together in no time, and left us with a solid, clean, well-built canvas to bring our vision to life. One shed is being transformed into a pub/bar/man cave, and the other into an outdoor bathroom complete with a toilet, sink/vanity, shower, and a 20-gallon water heater. We’re extremely happy with the quality of the build and how smoothly the installation process went. Tuff Shed helped make it possible for us to create two truly unique and functional spaces. Highly recommend!

We recently added a Lean-To to our existing Tuff Shed, and it is every bit as tough and well built as we expected. The team at Tuff Shed NW Las Vegas, Arturo and Erik, were kind, helpful, and patient with us as we worked through the entire process. There was some work needed for prepare the ground and paperwork required by our HOA. We also had some issues with email that they resolved to keep the process moving. Our installer, Hector, was amazing. He made some final adjustments to the ground so the Lean-To could be placed right next to the main shed as planned. The fit and finish is perfect, making the addition look like it was built at the same time as the main shed. As you can see by the pictures, they look like one unit. I'm sure if we plan on adding another Lean-To or shed, we will be visiting the Tuff Shed NW Las Vegas.

From the day I walked in the doors of tuff shed I was greeted with love from Arturo. who assisted me with my purchase of my shed. I had a small area that I wanted to place my shed and wanted to be exact about measurements he came to my house and measured the space and walked me threw the process. I could not be more happier with my choice. Big thanks to Arturo from the Las Vegas Store for everything.
