Well I would have given a 5 star review especially to Erik at the Rancho office as well as Arturo but sadly, Arturo is no longer with Tuff Shed. The division in charge of actually ordering, delivering and building the shed was the problem. Items that were supposed to be ordered were not, so had to wait for those items to be ordered delivered and installed. However, in fairness to Tuff Shed, they did do their best to make up for it and we did come to an agreeable solution.. It is a beautiful building and I am very happy with it so far……we are in the middle of completing the interior so we will have a wonderful gathering area near the pool! Thank you Erik for your assistance before and during the build as well as your continued assistance afterward! ❤️

We had a great experience with Tuff Shed from start to finish! Erik was amazing to work with. He helped us customize our Tuff Shed to fit exactly what we wanted and what would work best for our space. He also helped us with the ordering and financing process and made everything so easy. Josh and his partner did the installation/build, and they did an amazing job! They were professional, efficient, and everything turned out beautifully. We’re extremely happy with the finished Tuff Shed and love how it turned out. Great customer service, smooth process, and a great team all around. We would definitely recommend Tuff Shed!
