Nathan was awesome in helping to provide all the info we needed to make this process smooth and easy. Tuff shed came out for the install within 3 business days of our order and once on site finished it in under 4 hours. The shed is great with quality hardware for the door latches. The amount of customization they have available makes it very easy to find one or build one that accommodates any need.

We worked with Nathan at stuff Shed in Las Cruces NM. He was awesome, informative, and made sure to meet all our accommodations. I highly recommend this place. I wad looking for an affordable building for additional storage in my back yard and Nathan Peterson was able to help me, my initial building could not be constructed but that was due to no fault of Tuff Shed, so I was able to decide on a suitable alternative. The process for designing my shed was easy I used the website and it sent my quote to Nathan who had all ready been helping me, he suggested a few changed to improve on my design that didn't hyper inflate my overall cost. The builders were scheduled to arrive between 8-12 and actually arrived at 730 so it was a pleasant surprise. 6 hours later they were cleaning up the yard and my building was complete. Overall the process was easy and smooth, the only hiccups were on the initial quote Nathan who had just come back to the company had forgotten that again due to having to build on site there was an additive $500 dollar fee, which was no problem luckily he was able to quickly get this fixed and didn't even slow the process which was only a 2 day turn around from when I signed the agreement, the other hiccup was I needed to pay an additional $216 for leveling, but again this was largely due to me not realizing how much leveling was going to be needed and I miscalculated. Overall the experience was excellent, I have the building I need, and in the future if I need additional buildings here or elsewhere I will be choosing Tuff Shed.
