I had an excellent experience working with Matthew Anson at Tuff Shed and can’t say enough good things about the level of service he provided. From the very beginning, Matthew took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and helped me design a shed that fit my needs perfectly. I made quite a few changes throughout the process, and he was incredibly patient every step of the way. No matter how many times I wanted to adjust something or reconsider an option, he was always happy to go through it with me. What I appreciated most about Matthew was that I never felt pressured to make a purchase. He wasn’t trying to rush me into a decision or sell me things I didn’t need. He answered my questions, explained the different options, offered suggestions when they were helpful, and ultimately let me make the decisions that were right for me. Matthew was also extremely responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. He genuinely seemed to care about getting everything exactly right and making sure I was happy with the final result, rather than simply completing a sale. The finished shed came out great, and I’ve included a photo because I think the end result speaks for itself. If you’re considering purchasing a Tuff Shed, I highly recommend asking for Matthew Anson. He’s knowledgeable, professional, patient, and genuinely great to work with. Customer service like this is becoming harder to find, and Matthew deserves recognition for the amount of time and attention he put into my project. The whole experience was exceptional, professional, and seamless. From the design team, sales, install, and delivery it was an amazing experience. The barn is built to last for an every long time and not your typical “delivered” shed. Real construction, not just delivered and thrown on rocks. I couldn’t be more happy. Great job Tuff Shed Team

We had an excellent experience working with Matthew at Tuff Shed. We were replacing an old shed and debating whether to rehab it with a separate contractor or start fresh with a new build. Matthew made the new‑shed option incredibly easy. He helped us match the exact size we needed and suggested a few customizations that made the upgrade even better, all without any pressure. What really surprised us was the price. The cost of a brand‑new shed came in just under what we were quoted to rehab the old one, which made the decision even easier.
