Our experience with Tuff Shed was a positive one. Jen our sales rep at the store was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. We placed our shed order with her and she was responsive if we asked further questions. She checked in with us throughout the process. The install crew was on time and did an excellent job. The shed itself is good quality. The galvanized steel bottom was a factor in our decision to purchase.
