I decided, after much thought, to get a Tuff Shed Garage. I worked with the local Tuff Shed and received good help with plenty of suggestions on the materials I could use in the garage as well as what I would need to do to get ready for one. I ordered the parts and in 3 weeks they arrived. It took a crew just 2 1/2 days to assemble the entire 24x36 garage...WITH a storage loft! The paint and shingles were perfect, the structure is sturdy and comes with a warranty on some of the parts (siding, shingles), the windows are the right size (and they quickly replaced two windows that came damaged). I even got a quality, water-proof skylight installed thanks to the fellow at Tuff Shed. Definitely worth the price!
