Jeff was so awesome with helping me find the right shed that was right for me. He has great customer service and very thorough. I had a Tuff Shed installed today. Even though I was not at the location, Andrew and his team made the process simple and stress free. Andrew showed up on time, was very professional, knowledgeable (answered all of my questions), and accommodating. I am very pleased with the shed and especially with Andrew's work. I needed more storage and a shed with a high roof. Looked around to have a carpenter build then went to tough shed in Jackson. The rep was great. Helped me spec what I needed with the virtual view then he sent it to me by email so I could play with it. I like the steel foundation and options for doors and windows. Just installed yesterday and I love it. Just what I needed at a fair price.
