We just had our premier barn installed and the wife and I couldn’t be happier. The end-to-end process was excellent! Tom, our salesman kicked it off and was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and informative. Permitting, scheduling, and installation teams were all very proactive. Our Tuff Shed experience was fantastic. Tom Creighton, at the O’Fallon office, was the perfect salesperson. His experience as an installer gave us considerable confidence, as our driveway and site location are particularly challenging. Tom was very patient and helpful, as we wanted several customizations to the base Premier PRO Studio shed. He clearly outlined our options and helped us design the unit. We could not be happier with the result – it looks amazing. Megan (scheduling) and the Installation Team were very professional and courteous. The installers navigated our tight curvy driveway with ease and had the shed finished in just few days – working into the night. There was a minor issue with the metal roofing, but this was quickly resolved by the Installers and the St. Louis office. We had considered other shed builders but are extremely glad that we went with Tuff Shed. In our opinion, Tuff Shed builds a premium product at a reasonable price, supported by an exceptional team.

This process was so easy and our shed is the envy of all of our friends. You can not buy a higher quality (to my knowledge) than this TuffShed. I went to the TuffShed O'Fallon office and Dana helped me to quickly decide on the style, size and color of our shed. I was told that it might take 6-8 weeks for delivery/installation. It happened much quicker. Nearly half of the time frame quoted. Our installers were amazing and worked a couple hours past dark (but also brought proper illumination in case it was needed). They actually built the shed on location and we are happy to show it to all of our friends. Especially as we had a window A/C unit in our basement from the kids college experiences and had a specific window created in the shed to install it. It's a lovely "She-Shed" ("she" is an engineer an loves her tools...)

Tuff Shed was recommended to me from a friend. I like that there was nothing I had to do. Once I made a downpayment on my order, I literally did not have to do anything else. Everyone was very helpful and responsive at Tuff Shed. I ended up talking to two different locations, but they worked around that.
