I hit the jackpot with Martin and the installers, not so much with the scheduling dept. The installers called when they were on their way as scheduled and started on the shed and when it was time to install the door the hinges were on the wrong side, so they said they would have a new door made and be back after noon 2 days later, luckily they gave me their number in case I had questions or something came up, well 2 days later came and the scheduling dept. called and said they wanted to reschedule for next week, I said that was unacceptable and she said she would call me back, while waiting for her call that never came, I called the installers and they said they were still coming as planned and they would call me when they were on their way. They finished the shed that day, cleaned up the area, and had me look it over to make sure I was satisfied. I can’t say enough about the professionalism and quality of work of the installers. Martin from the Fenton office was just as professional and walked us through the whole process. I wasn’t sure how many stars to give because of the scheduling dept. so I will give them 1 star and Martin and the installers 5 stars.

Excellent experience! Quality product! Martin met with me a couple of times and was very patient with all my questions. He made sure I got everything I needed in the Tuff Shed I selected. I decided to upgrade to the Premier Ranch 8X6 model. The install went smoothly and the shed looks great and fits into the spot where it needed too! Before and After pictures attached. Love it for years and years to come!

Purchasing a shed with Jeff at Fenton Tuff Shed was definitely a 5-star experience. He listened to us and advised us without pressuring. He was helpful in all aspects of design and installation scheduling. Installers were first rate as well! The entire experience was one of the best service/retail experiences we've had.

purchased my Tough Shed from the Home Depot through the Tuff Shed rep. She was very easy to work with and patient as I continually made changes. After I made the purchase the install was done a week later. The insrallers showed up exactly on time and were very friendly. They even help me level the shed a little better by using some blocks I had available and ready to go for this project. The installers worked their butts off and had done in 4 hours, just like they said. The shed itself is quality. Very sturdy and solid. I opted to paint it myself, But does come with coat of primer. I highly recommend tuff shed.
