After looking at a few different shed builders we decided to go with tuff shed, we loved that we could customize the shed to our needs and liked the galvanized steel floor. Purchasing was easy and quick. Not sure if something is wrong with the website, but there were a couple items that got added on that I’m pretty sure I didn’t select. Either way I was reimbursed for the item I didn’t want on the shed. The install crew were incredible. I don’t know how they managed to wrestle those big panels with just two people. There were a couple things that they needed to come back to fix but I understand that could happen on any project. The things that need to be fixed were in my opinion factory errors. The facia on the manufactured soffets were too short on all four corners. The crew came out and were able to replace them in a couple days post installation. Only complaint I have is that the installation date got pushed back twice which really, really irritated me. I feel I should have been compensated for that somehow! Even the deer came to see what was going on.
