I highly recommend Tuff Shed, my experience with this company was outstanding from start to finish. When I visited their store I met James Crawford who reviewed all the different options available and helped me decide which was best suited for my needs. He covered all the design features and helped me understand the whole process for getting a new shed built on my property. He was so helpful and answered the many questions I had including payment options and financing. Although I did not purchase on my first visit because I wanted to think it over when I came back James answered my last few questions and I decided on Stuff Shed. The whole process was easy from begining to end. I was also impressed with the installation team who did a fantastic job .

We liked our Tuff Shed in Michigan so much, we had to get one when we moved to West Virginia. James was very helpful with the design, understanding about changes, and quickly responded to the various emails I sent. He sent me the exact information needed for our HOA approval. The installation crew did a wonderful job. It took about 6 hours for them to complete our shed. We were very impressed with the solar powered lights.

Our condo community recently purchased a shed from Tuff Shed, and we couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. I had been looking for a shed for while and I liked Tuff Shed after seeing them at Home Depot. However, I wanted something more custom so I went online and found them and notice they had a design tool on the website so I designed one. The very next day I received a phone call from James Crawford, a local Tuff Shed sales representative saying that he saw my design, complemented me on it and proceeded to make recommendations for improvements which really set it apart from all that I had seen to date. He was very attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly and I can't say enough about the great purchasing experience. By the way, the shed was everything and then some that I'd hoped it would be!! The picture is worth a thousand words.
