Just completed the installation of our Tuff Shed in the backyard. Ultimately this will be finished as an office/guest room. I couldn't be happier with the whole experience from start to finish. We are fortunate to live near the Catonsville store and decided to go in-person to see the products and talk to someone about what would work for our project. James Crawford was our sales associate and right from the start, he was so helpful. He really listened to what we were trying to accomplish and walked us through all of our options. It was great to have his experience and knowledge of the product to help zero in on the right design. But he wasn't pushy! He explained all the options and what might work vs not, was very transparent on all the costs and what the process would be. I felt very confident in my selection thanks to his knowledge. Tuff Shed handled the permit process, which went much faster than expected! Once we had the permit, our installation was scheduled for the next week. The install team did an amazing job. They were fast and efficient and had it up in a day. They were even helpful when we decided not to go with the exterior light we had selected. Overall, we had a wonderful experience with Tuff Shed, starting with James through Jessica in permits and ending with the installation team/project coordinator. I highly recommend Tuff Shed as an affordable option for a backyard office/guest room

We were looking for a new shed, but our yard access is quite limited, so an onsite build was our only realistic option. After researching several companies, Tuff Shed was clearly the best choice for quality and service. The finished shed looks excellent. The dark blue-gray color with black trim gives it a sharp, modern, premium appearance, and the build quality is outstanding. It is a solid, well-built structure that will last for years. We first met James Crawford (our Tuff Shed sales design consultant) at the Maryland Home Show. He was a fantastic, no-pressure salesman who really listened to our needs. We then visited the Catonsville sales location where we could see the different models and options in person, which helped us choose the Premier Pro Tall Ranch style. James patiently walked us through the ordering process and later when we wanted to make a few adjustments to our order, James handled everything quickly and smoothly. The installation crew was excellent, they arrived promptly and exactly when they said they would, worked efficiently, and were very professional and respectful. They did a great job with the onsite build and left everything clean. You could tell they take pride in their work. We couldn’t be happier with the entire process. Highly recommend Tuff Shed and especially James Crawford at the Catonsville store! Overall, a great experience.

I highly recommend Tuff Shed, my experience with this company was outstanding from start to finish. When I visited their store I met James Crawford who reviewed all the different options available and helped me decide which was best suited for my needs. He covered all the design features and helped me understand the whole process for getting a new shed built on my property. He was so helpful and answered the many questions I had including payment options and financing. Although I did not purchase on my first visit because I wanted to think it over when I came back James answered my last few questions and I decided on Stuff Shed. The whole process was easy from begining to end. I was also impressed with the installation team who did a fantastic job .

We liked our Tuff Shed in Michigan so much, we had to get one when we moved to West Virginia. James was very helpful with the design, understanding about changes, and quickly responded to the various emails I sent. He sent me the exact information needed for our HOA approval. The installation crew did a wonderful job. It took about 6 hours for them to complete our shed. We were very impressed with the solar powered lights.
