As promised, the crew leader called me upon their arrival and worked non-stop for 5 hours; the end result was our storage shed which made a statement with curb appeal. First and foremost I must take the time to thank David Kaufman. Without him this building never would have happened. David went above and beyond dealing with myself and my wife. Trips to the house, phone calls, text messages off hours even on weekends. David is an exemplar example of what not only a salesman but what customer service is also. The building started as a single 12x12 ended up being a 16x24 FULL two story structure. David was willing to let us bounce ideas and change our minds 200 times before we signed the papers. Sometimes three or four times in the same day. Always with a smile willing to work with us answering questions and making adjustments as needed. He listened to our ideas sometimes having to contact management or engineering to give us the correct feedback and opinions. We knew what we needed and he made that happen. Insulated double door insulated windows we are having the walls spray foamed and adding a mini split A/C acid etching the concrete floor. David had his work cut out for him and knocked the ball out of the park. His Installer Joel took roughly a day and a half. There were some minor issues I called David about and within a week Joel had fixed the issues. Joel is another person David made sure was on my project. A true Craftsman very knowledgeable and professional installer. With the building complete and the finally payment made. The last phone call to David was bitter sweet. Am glad the building is finished but feel like I lost a friend. David is truly the shining star in Baton Rouge Tuff Shed and would recommend him in a heartbeat. As a retired building contractor I have to say I am throughly pleased with my new Shed. I am particularly impressed and please with the galvanized steel floor framing and 3/4" plywood flooring. I am also pleased with the 16" OC stud spacing. These building are well built and built to last. I would not hesitate to recommend Tuff Shed to friends, family or anyone in the market for an affordable storage building. Finally I can not emphasize the friendly, helpfulness of my salesman David. The workers who installed were friendly and cordial, and cleaned up when they were finished.
