We purchased our Tuff Shed directly from the Lenexa, KS location. Jennifer was very helpful and responsive with offering pricing and details for the various options that we were interested in. The installation of the shed was fantastic. The crew showed up within 5 minutes of the scheduled time and got straight to work. We don't have a single complaint and would highly recommend ToughShed.

We went in feeling uncertain and left completely confident in our decision. Jennifer was incredibly kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. She answered all of our questions and made everything easy to understand. Long story short, we ordered a custom-built shed, and the entire experience was fantastic. The team came out and built it exactly as promised, and I absolutely love it! The quality exceeded our expectations, and we couldn't be happier with the result. We love, love, love our shed. My husband has wanted a Tuff Shed for years so we decided to go directly to the Tuff Shed office in Lenexa instead of going through a chain store partner. We were so pleased! Jennifer was amazing! Super helpful, answered all our questions and took the time to make sure we were getting what we wanted. We loved the personalized service. Our shed build was scheduled way ahead of the projected time frame and the installers did an amazing job. Met also with Jenna the Operations Manager and she couldn't have been more helpful answering a few questions we had and giving us a little background on Tuff Shed. We would recommend them anytime!

This is our 2nd Tuff Shed. Great product and I want to say the contractor that did our build were fantastic very professional and worked non stop. The company was Nodnol LLC, Denario the owner and his crew of Darius and Jamaal were great. Definitely recommend them. Great job guys
