My fiance and I recently got a new shed when we moved in to our house. We went to Tuff Shed to take a look at some sizes and Elliot helped us put together a quote with all of the things we were looking for. We decided to think about it and during that time, Elliot continued to help us by quoting us a few other sizes and options. After making a final decision, he had the builders out within a week of us ordering. The build was done within just a few hours and the install team were extremely nice. We also appreciated Elliot's call that evening to ensure that everything went smoothly. We are very happy with our choice to use Tuff Shed!

Rarely do I offer reviews, but Elliott, and Alberto (installer) deserve high praise for excellent service! From timely and detailed communication, transparency of pricing, ease of discussing options and scheduling install, support with preparation to get permits, to neat efficient quality installation, both Elliott and Alberto were professional, helpful and friendly. It is wonderful to find people proud of what they do and determined the customer has a good experience. Even more rare as a female customer to get this level of respect and service. Skip the big box stores, this is where you need to go! Ask for Elliott (and Alberto)!

A huge shout out to the wonderful Tuff Shed crew beginning with my Salesperson, Elliot at the Merrillville Indiana location, who provided excellent service from start to finish. Prior to my Merrillville visit, I had shopped with various other shed locations/dealers but it was always via phone. After my visit with Elliot, my concerns were answered…the size, materials, warranty, shed purpose, pricing, available financing, etc. Although, I did not purchase the shed at that time, Elliot provided me with a visual of my shed to come and an in-hand price quote to assist with my purchase decision when ready. Elliot told me not to hesitate to call if I had additional questions. It took me a couple of months but the decision to purchase my shed from the Merrillville location was because of Elliot’s professionalism, knowledge of my needs, the face-to-face contact and especially his follow-up service. Thank you to the Tuff shed delivery crew, Fred & Tony and to Alberto & Jovonni the installers. (Alberto called me with their en route ETA), all were punctual, friendly and professional, warmly greeting me on arrival before they began unloading the materials quickly and professionally being very respectful of my property and lawn. As Alberto began to lay out the shed structure for my preview prior to the assembly he asked me a question about the shed spacing from the existing my neighbors’ fences. I was unable to answer the question, so I made a call to the Village Permits Dept and fortunately the Building Officer was available to speak with Alberto providing the necessary footage required for the utility companies’ easement access between the fences and shed. (Alberto handled/resolved the spacing concern for me…definitely an above and beyond gesture, again thank you.) Alberto & Jovonni worked tirelessly to build my 10’x12’ shed, and when done they removed all construction debris. I am very happy with my finished shed, it is sturdy, beautiful—a lovely addition to my planned backyard decor. I ordered my shed without a color paint because I wanted it to wait until my home was repainted to best color match home/shed structures. Although I did not select a paint color, Elliot told me the shed would arrive with a quality prime finish which it did (see pictures). I cannot say enough about my great service experience with Tuff Shed. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish, everything was smooth and professional. I highly recommend Tuff Shed, thank you, Elliot, for the great service you provided to me!!
