Dave, my local salesman for my shed went above and beyond to make my shed a reality. We had a few issues with this from the start, but none of these were due to my local salesman. All the problems we had came from their corporate office, and Dave went out of his way to work through them to make sure this got here and got put in place as it should be. The two men they sent to assemble and install my shed were also amazing individuals to work with I couldn’t have asked for more out of them

UPDATE: Shed was delivered and installed by a very professional crew of 1! Amazing to watch and very pleased with my shed. Quality built and hope to have it for many years to come! Had a great experience with the Springfield, IL site for Cook Portable Warehouses. Ordered my shed yesterday with help from Bob and looking forward to getting my delivery in the near future.

I have been trying to find a affordable shed for a few weeks and went to look for one Memorial Day knowing that Cooks was closed. I called to see what would be the best time to meet up with Bob and I went Thursday and told Bob my price range i looked at three different shed's and from what I needed. I felt comfortable and Bob was very nice, friendly and helpful. He said I was the fastest and quickest sell he made that made me feel better about my purchase of knowing. I feel good about the warranty and the other little things that go with it. I hope to get the shed soon, he did say it could take up to three weeks to get it , but could be sooner. With my experience today I highly recommend Cooks Sheds.
