Our review, for now, is based on our sales experience. We stopped in about a month ago to look around & learn about the quality of the sheds/build/delivery options, etc. Mike assisted us. He was very knowledgeable, patient & not at all pushy -which we appreciated. Today we went back in to potentially purchase. Again, Mike showed us different sheds & options. He was friendly, informative & a joy to work with so ee decided to purchase an 8x12 garden shed. Our new custom shed will arrive with 10 days or so & if it's of the quality that Mike has assured us, I know we'll be very pleased with our overall experience.

Dave, my local salesman for my shed went above and beyond to make my shed a reality. We had a few issues with this from the start, but none of these were due to my local salesman. All the problems we had came from their corporate office, and Dave went out of his way to work through them to make sure this got here and got put in place as it should be. The two men they sent to assemble and install my shed were also amazing individuals to work with I couldn’t have asked for more out of them

UPDATE: Shed was delivered and installed by a very professional crew of 1! Amazing to watch and very pleased with my shed. Quality built and hope to have it for many years to come! Had a great experience with the Springfield, IL site for Cook Portable Warehouses. Ordered my shed yesterday with help from Bob and looking forward to getting my delivery in the near future.
