Our experience with Tuff Shed was excellent from start to finish. We bought our shed at their location on Northwest Highway in Palatine, and our salesman was Craig Kelly. Craig is a true professional, knows their business well, and provided us with excellent service. He listened to us and matched a model to what we needed. As part of the process, we looked at options from 3 or 4 other companies and found Tuff Shed to be the best value by far. Not the cheapest. There are plenty of cheap alternatives out there. But Craig customized a shed that gave us the best combination of features, workmanship, durability and cost. After we made our decision, Craig and company worked with us through the local permitting process to make sure we had what we needed as we got approvals. We were also very happy with the installers. They were professional, friendly, fast, and efficient. Our new shed is beautiful and a dramatic improvement over our old shed. Thank you again to Craig and the whole Tuff Shed team!

I must have asked him about a dozen different questions just about the different upgrade options, and Craig graciously answered all of them with a lot of patience for my curiosity. The entire experience of purchasing our new shed was exceptional. Craig Kelly our design consultant was very knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all our questions, had terrific follow up and was very professional. He recommended a contractor to put in the concrete slab for us and he was great to work with and did a wonderful job. Lastly, the installer Jesus Castro that installed the shed was professional, courteous and communicated with us throughout the install to ensure things were done as we wanted as we were not home for the entire installation. I would highly recommend Tuff Shed!

I am very happy with my shed and the overall process. Craig has an excellent approach. No pressure sales but enough follow-up to demonstrate he cares about earning your business and ensured the logistics went smoothly.
