We stopped by the Nampa store just to look at some sheds and Nancy Robledo was amazing. She was professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. My husband and I visited Tuff Shed Nampa a few months ago to get ideas for our storage needs. David was excellent and so knowledgable in helping us build the perfect shed. He was always available when we had further questions and communication was exceptional. We finally purchased and had our beautiful shed installed and everyone -from David, to Tabatha in scheduling to the installers and shed movers - were A++. Highly recommend. We are very happy. We went to the Nampa location and were helped by Nancy. She was great at helping us design and pick out all the features we were looking for. Nancy was personable, knowledgeable, and helpful during the whole process. The only downside was Tuff Shed's promotion of 1 year no interest. This promotion was explained in office but not thoroughly. When we finally got the paperwork, it was confusing and hard to understand how the payments were applied. We even called their customer service for the financing and the agent barely spoke English and was reading from a script. We finally got the full details enough ( had to go back to the Nampa office) to understand we need to make above minimum payments for the no interest to take effect and not be applied at the end of the promotion. Our shed turned out great with only a few issues, which they sent the installer back to fix.

Nancy was awesome from the time we walked in!! We had our dog with us and she was so welcoming and helpful. We picked what we thought we wanted and then changed it all again. Everything went smoothly. Had to wait for our HOA to approve it and they were awesome with the 2 week wait on that. The shed is exactly what we wanted and the installer Jake was great. It was easy to schedule it with DaVante as well!! The loft space is great in this style!
