Seamless purchase from sales to installation. I do however recommend letting Tuff Shed take care of the permit process. I found it difficult to navigate the tax office process. Gabe was my sales associate and Artem Medveded was my installer. Both were fantastic and are very detail oriented. Highly recommend both if given the option.

Vicki Williams at TuffShed in Jacksonville, FL made the design and purchase of our structure easy and seamless. For us it was a pretty drawn out process because of work travel and family issues, but Vicki worked with us tirelessly to make sure we ended up with exactly what we wanted, and we couldn't be happier with the quality of the installation. We did have a minor hiccup on the scheduling side (no show / no call on the scheduled installation day) but that was quickly resolved. The professional and friendly crew (the supervisor has Australian Shepherds like we do) had the shed up in one day a few days later with zero issues. That aside, I would absolutely recommend Vicki at TuffShed if you're in the market.

Updated April 22, 2025: They took care of the problem and followed up a week later to make sure it was all good. Thank You Jacob from Tuff Shed, Orange Park, FL Updated April 1,2025: I am once again updating the review. The door was replaced and I am not sure what is going on with these doors but there is an issue with the bottom latch on the second, the one without the knob. I called the general manager, the warranty department, and the office. I received a text message (last week) that Jacob would reach and I never heard from him. Updated March 6, 2025 They took care of the problem. They have replaced the door. I am satisfied with the outcome. Thank You Clinton, GM from TuffShed I purchased a shed Dec 2023. The door would not close correctly and now water is leaking into the shed. They have come out several times, adjusting, mcGyvering, siliconing and nothing. Water continues to leak into the shed when it rains. This has been going on for many months. A contractor they hired came out to replace the door and he insisted that he would not replace it because there was an installation issue that needed to be dealt with before new doors could be installed. At this point, I am being treated as a nuisance. I would never recommend or purchase from this company again.

I just had two sheds installed and they look great! The installers, Jose and Jamie did a great job building them! Jose was the site manager and was very professional, courteous, thorough and managed the job very well. We’re very happy with our purchase of Tuff Sheds and partner Home Depot. Recommend 👍🏻
