It took me awhile to get comfortable/ the Tuff Shed process, but the folks at the Hartford site were patient and answered all my questions professionally and competently. Once I made the purchase decision, the next steps were laid out clearly and each completed on schedule. My local Tuff Shed rep, Ken Schmid, was very helpful throughout. When it came to installation, this process was clearly communicated and executed per the schedule we agreed to. The two installers arrived as scheduled and were cordial and professional in all regards. The installation took about 4 hours and the Site was left perfectly clean. I am a very satisfied customer.

Shed is amazing and Ken was the best to work with. I went thru several walk thrus with Ken from initial idea to design. He was the best. If u want a great shed and great experience I highly recommend Ken at tuff shed. The install team was equally as amazing

Overall experience was exceptional..Ken S. was masterful in his knowledge of the process and made sure every step of the process was discussed and my questions/concerns were addressed. I was designing a 16x24 shed and design/build details specific to my intended use were analyzed, discussed, and planned as we went through the process- the collaboration was phenomenal. I had been thinking of a shed for almost a year before I started the process with TuffShed in November. Permits were handled by TuffShed and was painless, granted that has much to do with the specific town. By early March, my project was complete, all as planned and discussed. If there was no snow on the ground, it would have been late February The build was seamless and smooth. My building was built on site due to the size. The workers were professional and diligent. Arrived on time, and took care during construction- I observed them first hand at times. I am still in a sense of disbelief when looking at this 384 square foot building sitting in my yard that was completed 100% to spec. I am already considering a 2nd smaller shed and would recommend TuffShed to anyone.
