180 - Santa Rosa

I am super happy with my latest tuff shed. This is the 3rd one we have had installed on our rural property in Mendocino county. Paul Scott was our tuff shed sales rep for this shed. He provided us with objective, no pressure advice and even sent interior photos of an existing shed to give us more information on what to expect with this particular model (Clerestory model). Paul also made arrangements for the installer to repair our 16 year old tuff shed during the same visit! Did I mention they stand by their work!!! These guys made the process seamless from start to finish, including confirmation calls, prompt scheduling and flawless communication between scheduling coordinators, installers and me! Thank you to Tayana, Jen and Morgan for coordinating and follow through. James Vale, the installer, was exceptional. The clerestory model, that we ordered this time was a bit more expensive but I love the look of it and it is a joy to walk by and admire! Thanks again to you Tuff Shed Paul and the entire team! Sincerely, Karen

Don Lewis was our sales and design consultant at the Tuff Shed Install/interior business in Santa Rosa California. He took time with us by explaining aspects of the process, showing us pictures, helping us find our location online, and determining specifics so that we could have the best experience possible. We had wanted a dark olive green and it had come in the wrong color. It was probably just as well because what we realized was that painting the shed the same colors as the house, given the size of our yard, gave us the most streamlined look. the installers came out and had everything done within a business day, and even made some modifications on the back roof to keep us compliant with the setbacks. Highly recommending Tuff Shed Install/interior and fellow CSUChico Wildcat, Don Lewis!

We just had our new Tuff Shed barn delivered and installed yesterday… I’ve been waiting a long time to create my “she shed“, and it was worth the wait. The entire experience was pleasant and fun! Jayson in the sales office was professional, patient, and helpful with the design and upgrades that I asked for. He took the time to explain the process thoroughly to me, and I appreciated his suggestions. In fact, the entire staff in the Rohnert Park office were friendly and professional. The crew that installed the barn showed up early in the morning, and were fast and efficient… It took them about six hours to finish the job, and what a great job they did! I highly recommend a Tuff Shed for anyone that needs or wants their services!
