My sales rep Joe Martinez up in Moreno Valley. He was very polite and he took all the time I needed to sit with him and he sit with me and we went over all different ways of building my shit two shares that I was ordering and I changed it up a whole bunch of times and he had to throw away paper and redo it again and he didn’t mind. I think we spent a couple hours or more just figuring it out and he was very patient with me and I was very happy and we had a very good rapport and that’s why I went on and kept my hand on the bargaining in order to two shits. He’s a good man.

Kyle Braunschweig was our salesman. He was new at this location. I believe we came in on his 1st day on the floor. But you would never know it by how helpful & knowledgeable he was. He answered all of mine & my mom’s questions. He helped us build the exact shed we wanted. And followed up after our visit to ensure we got everything we wanted. After about a week we decided to go forward & purchase. Everything moved quickly. They literally came out the next day after we paid. And the builders did a great job completing the job. All & all great service. Thanks for all your help Kyle!

Joel was very helpful and patient as I went through all the options. He made helpful suggestions and asked all the right questions. The hardest time I had was picking a color and he even helped me with that. I liked that they had many different sizes and styles to look at inside their office. I was in a hurry to have it installed and was pleasantly surprised that they only needed a few days to install it. One plus of going there personally is you can have everything built the way you want it. I'm very happy with the whole experience at tuff shed.
