We are very pleased with our Tuff Shed. Oscar was great to work with throughout the whole process. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. There was always an open line of communication which was much appreciated! We had one issue during the install but it was quickly resolved. They followed through with their word, which was a breath of fresh air. All the installers (Ken Blackwood being one of them) were also very friendly, prompt, thorough, and made sure we were please with the install before leaving. We had a skylight and windows installed on our Tuff Shed and shortly after it was installed we had a significant rain storm come through the area. There were zero leaks! Also, a big thank you to Ski who worked with us to replace the compromised foundation. He was fantastic to work with and did an excellent job pouring the new foundation!
