I am very pleased with my Tuff Sheds purchased from the Thousand Palms store. The sales person, Sean Martin was very knowledgeable in designing my two sheds. I had some tight areas for the design, and he was able to design the sheds taking into consideration the spaces I had allotted. He was very pleasant to work with. As for the sheds, I am very impressed with the features and structures. I ordered two of the Premier Lean-To. I upgraded features, such as doors, flooring, roof, and painting, and I am very happy with the look of the sheds. The nice thing about working with Tuff Shed directly, is that they are able provide more options than Home Depot. I was able to cut off 1' from the height in order to fit under the eves. They also are able to construct off sizes, and had a wider variety of paint colors. I would not hesitate to use them again, and I would highly recommend stopping by a showroom.

Chris Wheeler at Thousand Palms Tuff Shed was very helpful and patient. First, I called, and he gave me a great deal of information and helped me understand my options. When I went to the showroom in person, he spent a lot of time with me, explaining my options, walking me through the Tuff Shed models on display, and doing the computerized image of the shed I wanted. I highly recommend you set aside at least two hours for your showroom visit if you are ready to buy one. If you buy a Tuff Shed, it is much better to go through Tuff Shed directly, especially if you live in the desert like I do. You need the radiant barrier! I drove 60 miles each way to the showroom, and I'm glad I did. Home Depot is only half as far from me, but I got the best service and features by buying right from Tuff Shed. The two men who installed the shed, Josh and Chris, were also excellent. They were very attentive to detail and worked long hours in 110+ degree sun! I got the Premier Tall Ranch with a few upgrades.
